SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped 2-3 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when order has shipped.

All Orders ship Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays with in the United States.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas

If you believe your have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color, or size) you must contact customer service with in 5 days with photo.

FINE JEWELRY

Please follow the instructions included in your shipment and fill out the return section of the packing slip when returning fine jewelry by mail. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. Fine jewelry can also be returned to Diana Warner stores.
